A wonderful day with children in the Center for Disabled People Virgen de la Candelaria Charity day

Today, the LuckyQuilters International association transfered a check  to the Center of the disabled people - Centro Ocupacional y Unidad de Estancia Diurna Virgen de la Candelaria in  Alhaurin de la Torre  for  the amount of money collected during the charity fundraising to the boxes- banks to help disabled children of the Center.

The collection was carried out during the 2 Festival Internacional Arte Textil Benalmadena 2018, held in the Castle of Bil-Bil from 7 to 14 September.

Also, сhildren were presented with a quilt from our participant of the Festival - Ann Hill from Scotland and from the Alzheimer Scotland organization.

We express our enormous gratitude to Ann for the gift and to everyone who participated in the charity event.
